Mission, Vision and Values
HPAC leads and supports activities that enhance the well-being, opportunities and culture of Hispanics.
HPAC values community, culture, education, partnership, leadership, equality and advocacy.
We are change agents, improving the social and economic conditions of the Hispanic community.
HPAC affects change by studying, monitoring and proposing solutions to issues that impact Hispanics at the local, regional, national and international levels.
HPAC develop Hispanic leadership and promotes Hispanic representation on elected and through training, and promoting Hispanic representation on elected and appointed boards, and commissions.
HPAC Strategic Themes
Leadership Development
HPAC helps develop leaders who will gain appointments, political office and key leadership positions including task forces and committees. HPAC provides opportunities for networking and partnerships.
Social Change
HPAC works within governance structures through Hispanic representation on key Boards, Committees, and Commissions. HPAC advocates for social change and public policy by focusing on accountability of elected and appointed officials who serve the community. HPAC works closely with elected officials, educators and administrators in both the K-12 and higher education systems to help develop educational and employment enhancement opportunities.
